What it is

Oh My Word! is a word search that plays like a saga puzzler. Swipe letters in any of 8 directions and zig-zag round corners to make words. Every real English word counts. Find the level's theme word and a row floods with wild tiles. Spell through a bomb to defuse it. Land a big word and the game shouts it back at you: Nice! Great! Amazing! OH MY WORD!

The map is a 3D clay diorama that runs through four worlds: TIDE (ocean), ORBIT (space), FEAST (food) and WILD (jungle).

What makes it different

About the studio

Alright My Lover is Leo Seccia, who makes games in Bristol. The name is the Bristol greeting, and the idea is the same: friendly, and no catch. Oh My Word! is the first game: built alone in Godot, with a bot that plays every level to keep the difficulty gentle for a long time, and a business model with no ads in it.
