Oh My Word! by AlrightMyLover

Oh My Word! has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. The only data we hold is anonymous gameplay stats tagged with a random ID. We delete those automatically after about 3 months. Here's how to stop sending them and remove everything sooner.

1. Stop sharing stats

In the game, open Settings and switch off "Share anonymous stats". Nothing more is sent from then on, and any stats waiting to be sent are thrown away.

2. Delete the data on your phone

Your progress, coins and settings live only on your phone. To delete them, uninstall the game, or go to Settings → Apps → Oh My Word! → Storage → Clear storage on your phone. This also deletes the random ID, so a reinstall starts afresh with a new one.

This can't be undone: your levels, coins and stickers will be gone for good.

3. Ask us to delete what we hold

Email dpo@ohmyword.games with the subject "Data deletion request". We'll reply within one month.

Because the stats aren't linked to your name, email or device, we usually can't tell which records are yours. If we can't find them, they will still be deleted automatically within about 3 months of being sent. If you've emailed us before, we'll also delete those emails.

What gets deleted, and what's kept

Data	What happens

Purchase checks (purchase token, random ID)	Never stored, so nothing to delete.
Progress, coins and settings on your phone	Deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its storage.
